Now more than ever, our wish to you for good health both now and through the entire year ahead has never been more meaningful. We would also like to send our warmest wishes for the season ahead to you and your furry family members.
Needless to say, 2020 has been an exceptional year for everyone! That said, Dr. Firth and our entire team at Firth Veterinary Hospital have planned a holiday break to allow our front line team to recharge and carve out time to create Christmas memories with family and friends and welcome in the New Year.
Our goal is to come back stronger and “better than ever” to serve you and your precious pets, we will be closed for the holidays beginning:
Thursday, December 24th – Monday, January 4th
The FVH online store will remain open 24/7 through the month to restock your Pet groceries and supplies. However, in-store pickup will not be available during this time (Dec 24 to Jan 4th). Home delivery will remain available and generally requires 3-4 business days.
If your pet has an active “Health Plan Membership”, please be watching for further communication with instructions on how to get in touch in the event of an emergency during usual office hours during the holiday closure. For all our other amazing clients, in the case of any holiday emergencies, please contact the London Regional Veterinary Emergency Hospital located on Adelaide Street north at 519-432-3300.

P.S. Please be sure to stock up on medication refills for your pet well in advance, perhaps a larger supply than usual to get through our holiday closure. With the demand that is on us during these times, please be reminded that we require 7 days notice for all ongoing Prescription refills. Be sure to get your order in on or before December 16th. If expedience is required there will be a $25.00 fee. Thank you in advance for your loyalty and understanding.
