As Ontario moves through Phase 2 of reopening, we want to thank you for your ongoing support as Firth Veterinary Hospital continues to also navigate these changes. We value YOU our amazing and loyal client and of course your amazing pet(s) and have therefore decided that for the time being, we are unable to see any new clients at this time. We want you to know that you and your pet(s) are our current focus and number one priority!
We are excited to announce that we are at last able to provide some of our non-essential services once again. This includes vaccinations, heartworm testing, and wellness visits. For the time being, with missing team members (due to COVID-19), our hours remain restricted Monday-Thursday 8-4pm and therefore there are limited spots available. Please realize our current team is working as hard as we can to keep up with our patient care, surgical and dental procedures, and pharmacy and online store requests. We have been extremely challenged with so many unwell sick and urgent patients over the last couple of months. We are hoping to expand our hours in the very near future and will definitely keep you updated!
We remain vigilant in our efforts to continue serving you and your pets while ensuring the health and safety of everyone. We continue to regularly clean and disinfect surfaces and remain operating with a closed lobby. Restricting public access to the hospital by providing Curbside Concierge service for you and your pet enables us to maintain social distancing guidelines and abide by the recommendations of our government and medical experts, within the constraints of our profession.

If our restricted hours are not convenient for you and your family, please ask about our “flex appointments” where your pet can be dropped off and picked up for your convenience.
